Terms of Payment

The payment of the Subscription fee or the one-time payment is carried out by direct debit from the User’s bankcard.

KS Systems GmbH as authorized non-exclusive agent accepts payments for the Service in the following geographical area: the 28 countries in the European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India.

The direct debit is implemented by the secured payment service provider Stripe, who Wystra entrusts with the storage of the User’s bank data to this end. Wystra doesn’t store any bank data.

In case of a bankcard payment, the Wystra website uses Stripe security system, an expert providers of online payment service and security. This system guarantees the Users the full confidentiality of its banking information. The bankcard transaction, realized between the User and the secured system is therefore completely crypted and protected. It means that information relating to the Purchase and the bankcard numbers do not circulate on the web. Banking information of the User is not stored by Wystra.

We are in no way a banking institution and all the payment intermediary services are held by Stripe, approved and specialized in these services. Therefore, we invite you to read and acknowledge its General Terms and Conditions, available here https://stripe.com/us/legal/. You are responsible for checking the adequacy between our Services and your needs.

The fee for the Subscription is due and the direct debit is carried out on the day of the first subscription, then on the date of each Subscription renewal.

The User accepts to not question the responsibility of Wystra and to not dispute the payment relating to the supply of the Service.

The User guarantees to Wystra that they have all the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment mode. The User undertakes to take all necessary measures so as to ensure safe carrying out of the direct debit.

Data Processing Agreement

By using our services and submitting payment information, whether through online payments, bank transfers, or invoices, you agree to the terms of our Data Processing Agreement, which outlines how we process personal data in compliance with applicable laws.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.

Severance

Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed and construed under the laws of Germany without reference to its conflicts of laws principles. In no event shall these Terms of Service be subject to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Any disputes that cannot be amicably resolved by the parties shall be settled by the jurisdiction of the courts of Munich (Germany).
